I'm finally back. Actually, I arrived a few days ago, Sunday. It was quite an experience. I came back all alone. Yerp. Alone in the bus. Alone in Larkin. Whatever. I did all these because I wanted to go SIGF. I took the first bus on Sunday morning, 9 am. And reached larkin at about 12. Bought tons and tons of magazines! It cost me nearly RM50!! And decided to take a chartered car home since its only $12/person. And reached home at about 2. It was pouring. Raining like cats and dogs! Showered,changed. Wore Red and Jeans. Afif arrived shortly after at my door. Cabbed to JP. Wanted to get the PINK/WHITE shirt. Got ourselves white shirt at Cotton On since its 20 bucks fr 2 pairs. Cabbed to Indoor Stadium. Saw a big group of people. They were crowding the at Admission something. Thought tht was our queuing queue. But thn we saw a sign "Moshpits" and "Numbered Seats" Joined our Q. There was only about 10 people in front of us. But as it gets nearer to 5, people jumped queue! How biatchy is that. Soon, it was 5:45, admission time. Given Green and Pink lightsticks. And SI Clappers. Indoor Stadium was a whole lot better thn National Stadium! DOH! Its because its air-conditioned! We got the very best spot. It was right by the stage. Just that we were on the WRONG SIDE! We were on the Green side. And and, we decided not to wear the White Shirt since I'm alr wearing red and Afif is wearing Pink. So we moved to the other side where we blend it! Thn, had a mini choreo session where we, the moshpiters had to do some moves to BOOM BOOM POW! I tell you, I look like a freakshow on National TV! Soon, it was 8! I still remember Gurmit saying, 10 minutes to live. 2 minutes to live. 30 seconds till we go live. 4 3 2.......SCREAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The opening was WOOOW especially since they sang a good rendition of BAD ROMANCE! Blablablablablabla! The song Touch By An Angel was fabu-tastic! And Charice Pompengco was there too! Gawd! Her powerhouse vocal was POWER!!! She sounded like Beyonce when she sang Halo, somehow. Thn came the result. It was expected. And why did I say tht, because he has more supporters thn Sylvia. Well, I can go deaf when his supporters SCREAMED and SHOUTED for him! It was disappointing for me. But that doesnt mean I hate Sezairi. Cant deny he is good. That brings me to todays TheNewPaper. Winner or Snoozer? What was that suppose to mean. Gaaahhhhhhhh. No need to bring him down like that. Hopes both Sylvia and Sezairi makes it big in the near future! Enough about that. Yesterday was a blast too. Woke up at 8. Was alone at home till 11 when I met Afif at Gekpoh. He was carrying a big heavy bag which contains Steamboat and griller machine. Bought Drinks, another cocktail drink and went to the party shop. Spent alot there. Bought lots of balloons, party poppers, crepe paper,birthday banner. Total was $40! Got home. Prepared the food. Decorations went well. Everything went well I must say. PartyPartyParty! EATEATEAT! There was aloooot of food! We were full by then so threw away lots of leftovers. Thn 7.30, went to Boonlay, Karaoke. Reached home about 10.30 My family just reached home. They were all from Malacca. Was at home till 5 today. Thn, went out with sis since she needs to shop for clothes. Cabbed to Clementi. After 15 minutes of walking, realised my phone was missing. Called my phone and the taxi driver picked up. He was in Vivo area by thn. He thn said he can send it back but I would have to pay 10bucks. Better thn nothing. What a day!! I rather lose 10bucks thn loosing a phone!! Had dinner at LJS! Ate alot! Had takoyaki and thn bought Kebab! I'm nearly broke! Gaaaaah! I'll update again soon, this time about my holiday! Cheerios :) xoxo, |
